Abstract |
Background. The speed and depth of changes occurring in the environment dictates the need to find and accumulate dynamic capabilities by institutions of higher education. Possession pf such capabilities by universities allows to combine, create, reconfigure theirs internal and external competences. It is urgent is to understand the requirements of a highly volatile environment, which will encourage universities to explore new ideas, build systems and structures of management, adequate to the demands of consumers and business partners. The purpose of the work is to analyze the mechanisms of implementation and content of the concept of dynamic capabilities. |
